Fun carnival games that make any event worth staying at.

The usual way a carnival gets built is by hiring from several suppliers. One for the fun carnival games, one for a photo booth, a mascot agency and a freelance face painter.

Each one quotes separately. Each one invoices separately. Each one needs a different arrival time, a different power requirement and a different contact person on the day. Someone on your team, usually a teacher, a parent volunteer or someone from HR, ends up spending the morning of the event on the phone instead of at the event.

Then something slips. A stall turns up with nobody to run it. The supplier is stuck in traffic on OMR, and nobody has the driver’s number because the booking went through an agency that is not answering. The mascot arrives during the prize giving instead of after it, because nobody shared the run sheet.

We run the whole carnival zone. One fun carnival games rental booking, one invoice, one crew, one number to call.

Our team arrives together, sets up together and packs up together. The carnival games, the shooting stalls, the mascot slot and the face painting table are all on the same schedule because they are run by the same people. If a stall needs moving on the day, one person moves it.

That is what carnival event management means when you book us. We pick the game mix for your crowd, size the layout to your venue, put an operator on every stall and clear everything afterwards. What we deliberately do not do is run the rest of your event. We do not want your venue booking, your catering, your stage or your decor. That is somebody else’s job and they are better at it than us. We own the carnival, completely, and we stay out of everything else.

For a school office, a residents’ committee or an HR team, that is the difference between managing one vendor and refereeing four.
